	The directory [RUT,LSP] contains the Rutgers University  Lisp
system.   This   is   a   modification  of  ILISP  produced  by  Eric
Lefaivre@Rutgers-10.  Many bugs in the compiler  have  been  reparied
and  many new features added to other parts of the system.  These are
explained in ILISP.MAN[RUT,LSP].
